4. Maintenance must be carried out on time and by designated personnel. It is divided into semi-monthly maintenance, monthly maintenance and annual maintenance. The content of each type of maintenance is different, but it must be done, and must be recorded in detail and signed and approved by both parties.
5. Once an elevator fails, the maintenance unit must arrive at the scene within the specified time (the specific time regulations vary, and Beijing stipulates that it arrives within 30 minutes).
