Preserved Daylight beside the Building
The glazed enclosure allows daylight to pass through the lift structure. Where an added shaft stands beside stairwell windows or common corridors, the transparent walls maintain a visual connection with the exterior and limit the obstruction created by an opaque enclosure.

Sheltered Entry in Wet Weather
A projecting rain cover sits above the entrance. When residents pause at the doorway to fold an umbrella or guide a child inside, the cover shields the immediate boarding area from rain falling from above, reducing direct exposure at the open door.

Capacity for Shared Residential Access
The DKZ1000/1.75-VF is rated for 1000 kg at 1.75 m/s. When an added lift serves several households, residents can travel with companions and everyday belongings within the rated load, while the travel speed serves journeys across multiple residential floors.

Custom External Residential Lifts
We manufacture the lift around the surveyed building dimensions and approved connection drawings. The design coordinates the external shaft with each served landing, while the component layout follows the agreed floor heights and entrance positions. OEM and ODM production includes the car interior and visible exterior details specified for the renovation project.

The external enclosure, mounting parts and entrance assemblies are included in the complete inspection before packing. Their configuration is checked against the approved supply drawings, with the exterior components reviewed together with the lift equipment.

External installation follows staged acceptance of the foundation, hoisting work, electrical work and safety systems. These checks address the building interface separately from factory inspection. Third-party inspection is available, with handover documentation retained for the installed lift.
