Capacity for Production Loads
Model DH3000/0.5-VF provides a rated load of 3000 kg at a rated speed of 0.5 m/s. When components and their handling containers travel together, this capacity accommodates a substantial combined load in a single journey. Work-in-progress can remain grouped by production batch instead of being separated solely for the vertical transfer.

Steel Car Protection
Reinforced steel car walls provide a substantial barrier at the points exposed to routine contact with crates and handling equipment. During loading, a hard container edge can press against the enclosure as goods are positioned. The steel construction resists local deformation and shields the car interior from routine handling damage.

Enclosed Electrical Controls
The enclosed control cabinet separates electrical components from airborne workshop dust and loose machining debris. Where nearby production generates particles throughout the shift, the enclosure limits their direct contact with terminals and control hardware. Electrical components remain protected while the elevator serves the production floors.

Dongao manufactures to project drawings using its modular elevator design. The shaft survey, landing positions and factory material route form the basis of the configuration. Car geometry and entrance arrangements are coordinated with the civil drawings before the corresponding assemblies are manufactured, including projects that must work within an existing shaft. OEM and ODM production is available for equipment supplied under the specified project identity.

Quality control links incoming material acceptance, production processing and finished-equipment dispatch through the factory's traceability system. For an industrial goods lift, the acceptance focus includes structural assembly, mechanical connections and agreement between supplied component identities and the approved equipment configuration.

Every unit receives inspection before packing. Self-inspection, cross-checks and specialist inspection support the release process, and independent third-party inspection is accepted. Project acceptance requirements distinguish factory checks from the site checks needed after installation, so the completed hoistway installation is assessed in its working condition.
