Traction System: The main function of the traction system is to output and transmit power to operate the elevator. It mainly consists of the traction machine, traction steel cables, guide sheaves, and deflector sheaves.
Guiding System: The main function of the guiding system is to restrict the freedom of movement of the car and counterweight, ensuring they can only move up and down along the guide rails. It mainly consists of guide rails, guide shoes, and guide rail frames.
Car: The car is the elevator component that transports passengers and goods; it is the working part of the elevator. The car consists of the car frame and the car body.
Door System: The main function of the door system is to seal the landing entrance and car entrance. It consists of car doors, landing doors, door operators, and door locking devices.
Weight Balancing System: The main function of this system is to relatively balance the weight of the car, keeping the weight difference between the car and counterweight within limits during elevator operation, ensuring normal traction transmission. This system mainly consists of the counterweight and weight compensation devices.
Electric Drive System
The function of the electric drive system is to provide power and control the elevator speed. It consists of a traction motor, power supply system, speed feedback device, and motor speed control device.
Electrical Control System
The main function of the electrical control system is to operate and control the elevator's operation. It mainly consists of operating devices, position display devices, control panels (cabinets), leveling devices, and floor selectors.
Safety Protection System
This system ensures the safe use of the elevator and prevents accidents that could endanger personal safety. It consists of a speed governor, safety brake, buffer, and terminal station protection devices.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) System
The passenger elevator uses a vector-controlled digital closed-loop VVVF VFD. Based on the actual load of the car and its upward and downward speeds, it precisely controls the main motor torque in real time by adjusting the magnitude and phase of the current, ensuring smooth elevator operation.
