1. Classification standards for freight elevators
According to the national standard GB/T7025, elevators are divided into five categories, among which Class IV elevators are designed for transporting goods that are usually accompanied by people. The parameters of this type of elevator have been expanded in the latest revision, adding key data such as rated load capacity of 3000kg, 5000kg and rated speed of 0.25m/s.
2. Car core size standards
Internal dimensions: Common freight elevator car widths include 1550mm, 1850mm, 2000mm and other specifications, and the depth is customized according to actual needs.
Door opening size: The width of the car door must be greater than the width of the cargo. Standard specifications include 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and other options to ensure smooth cargo loading and unloading.
Bottom space: The pit height (the distance from the bottom of the car to the bottom of the pit) is standardly 1700mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc., which directly affects the feasibility of elevator installation.
3. Supporting space specifications
Head space: The distance between the top of the car and the top of the floor is usually designed to be 3300mm or 3500mm, and the installation requirements for head equipment need to be taken into consideration.
Shaft requirements: Must comply with the special regulations for cargo elevators in GB/T7588.1-2020, including safety factors such as shaft load-bearing and emergency stop devices.
4. Evolution of safety regulations
The latest implemented GB/T7588.1-2020 standard integrates international elevator safety technology development experience and system standardizes:
risk classification method
Added security protection measures
Verification stipulations This standard replaces the original GB7588-2003 and GB21240-2007 and reflects my country's latest requirements for the safety management of 8 million elevators in use.
5. Special load plan
In response to heavy cargo transportation needs, the current standards have specifically added:
5000kg load capacity configuration
Low speed operation plan (0.25m/s)
Accompanying personnel safety station design
Through the establishment of the above national standard system, my country has become one of the countries with the most complete elevator safety management in the world, providing a strong guarantee for safe production in the logistics and transportation industry.
