Capacity for Building Service Loads
Model DH2000/0.5-VF carries a rated load of 2000 kg at 0.5 m/s. When a removal team or property contractor moves grouped equipment and supplies between floors, the capacity accommodates substantial service loads. Goods can stay together for the same destination instead of being divided into smaller transfers.

Stainless Steel Car Interior
Stainless steel wall panels provide an exposed metal surface for a car used by changing teams throughout the week. Repeated contact from bags, cartons and cleaning equipment does not rely on a painted decorative coating as the outer surface. The interior remains suited to service work alongside the building's residential finishes.

Non-contact Entrance Detection
The door light curtain monitors the entrance while goods are passed into or out of the car. If a person or carried item interrupts the detection field, the door system responds before normal closing continues. During a moving operation, this supports loading sequences where the entrance is crossed repeatedly.

Dongao uses the building's architectural plans and measured shaft conditions to prepare the elevator configuration. The modular design is adapted to the service route, floor arrangement and landing access, then manufactured to the confirmed technical drawings. For residential refurbishment, the design is coordinated with the existing openings and surrounding circulation space. OEM and ODM manufacture is available for developer and project specifications.

Traceability extends from incoming materials to finished-equipment dispatch. Residential freight lift acceptance concentrates on the mechanical assemblies, electrical component identification and agreement with the project configuration. The manufacturer's self-inspection, mutual inspection and specialist inspection provide checks at successive work stages.

Every elevator receives inspection before packing, with third-party inspection available for the supply. Final site acceptance addresses the completed installation, including its relationship with the building's service landings. Factory release and installation handover therefore cover the equipment at the two stages in which it is assessed.
